Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction:

a. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Dana Digital Media, hereinafter referred to as “the Agency,” to clients, hereinafter referred to as “the Client.”
b. By engaging the Agency’s services, the Client agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

2. Services:

a. The Agency agrees to provide digital advertising services as outlined in the service agreement or proposal.
b. Services may include but are not limited to, digital marketing strategy development, social media advertising, search engine marketing, display advertising, and content creation.

3. Client Obligations:

a. The Client agrees to provide timely and accurate information necessary for the Agency to perform its services.
b. The Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and licenses for content provided to the Agency for use in advertising campaigns.
c. The Client agrees to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing advertising practices.

4. Fees and Payment:

a. The Client agrees to pay the Agency the fees outlined in the service agreement or proposal.
b. Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement or proposal. Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of services.
c. All fees are non-refundable once services have commenced unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Intellectual Property:

a. The Agency retains ownership of all intellectual property developed or created in the course of providing services to the Client.
b. The Client may use deliverables provided by the Agency solely for the purposes outlined in the service agreement or proposal.

6. Confidentiality:

a. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.
b. The Agency may disclose information to third-party vendors or contractors as necessary to perform services, provided they agree to confidentiality obligations.

7. Termination:

a. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material provision of these Terms and Conditions.
b. In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Limitation of Liability:

a. The Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its services.
b. The Agency’s liability under any circumstances shall be limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the services rendered.

9. Governing Law:

a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon.
b. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in Lebanon.

10. Amendments:

a. The Agency reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to the Client in writing.

By engaging the Agency’s services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
